Please select the placement form that applies to you.
- Single Placement - Submit your single claim to us of these types: A business owes you or your business money; A person owes you money personally; You, your business or organization has a court awarded judgement you need to collect on; You would like to begin litigation against a person or business that owes you or your business money; A person owes money to your business or organization.
- Multiple - You have more then one claim to submit of any type.
If you have multiple claims, are a commercial or retail business with a large inventory of accounts, or prefer to speak with a representative you can do so by contacting Asset Management Recovery Service during normal business hours between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Multiple accounts can be submitted using the multiple link above or by contacting your representative for further directions.
After you submit a claim, Asset Management Recovery Service will contact you to validate the claim, confirm the information and have an Assignment Agreement Form executed.
